Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we’re here to support you through any transitions. If you decide to cancel your lease, please know that we handle such requests with understanding — but also in accordance with our policies to ensure fairness for all parties.

In the event of a cancellation, the tenant is required to pay the following immediately:

Rent for the current billing period

A cancellation fee equivalent to 4 weeks’ rent

The security deposit may be applied toward the cancellation fee and any outstanding rent. If the full amount is covered, no additional refund will be issued.

Please note: The cancellation request is considered valid and binding only once all required payments have been received in full.

The lease agreement and right of occupancy will terminate at the end of the month following the month in which the cancellation request is submitted. The tenant remains responsible for all rent payments due during this period.
